(the “Company”) (N-OTC: BULK) has on 13 September 2024 announced that the Board of Directors yesterday, 12 September 2024, authorized a payment out of the contributed surplus of $0.037 per common share (SNDR (as defined below)) payable to all SNDR holders of record as of 17 September 2024 and payable on 24 September 2024.
