John Michael Radziwill

CEO and Chairman

John Michael Radziwill serves as CEO and Chairman of GoodBulk Ltd. since inception and was appointed by founding company Brentwood Shipping and Trading. Brentwood Shipping is the Radziwill family’s privately held shipping business and has over a century’s history of shipping involvement. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of GoodBulk’s manager C Transport Maritime since 2010. John Michael Radziwill is a Member of the American Bureau of Shipping and the Baltic Exchange. He graduated from Brown University in 2002 with a BA in Economics.

Gregory Belonogoff

Director

Gregory Belonogoff is a Director of GoodBulk since 26 October 2017. Mr. Belonogoff is a principal for CarVal Investors. Based in London, Mr. Belonogoff is responsible for leading the firm’s London office, as well as managing Corporate Securities investments in the United Kingdom and Europe and overseeing hard asset investments globally. Prior to joining CarVal in 1998, Mr. Belonogoff was business development manager for Fritz Companies CIS, a subsidiary of UPS, based in Moscow, Russia. Fluent in English and Russian, Mr. Belonogoff received his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and a B.A. in economics and Russian studies from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine, graduating magna cum laude.

Andy Mitchell

Director

Andy Mitchell is a Director of GoodBulk Ltd. since 27 July 2020. Mr. Mitchell is Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Lantern. He has over 20 years of investment management, financial advisory, capital markets and restructuring experience. His professional investment and advisory experience includes Cerberus Capital Management, Centerbridge Partners, Ally Financial’s Global Special Assets Group, Houlihan Lokey’s and PricewaterhourCoopers’ restructuring groups. He serves on several boards including, among others, American Zinc Recycling (specialty Zinc business), Spyglass Media Group, Lantern Entertainment (media and entertainment) and Resort Finance America (hospitality).   Mr. Mitchell has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double major in finance and accounting from TCU. 

Timothy Huxley

Independent Director

Timothy Huxley is an Independent Director of GoodBulk since 30 May 2018. Mr. Huxley has been the Chairman of Mandarin Shipping Limited since 2016, which he established in 2006. Prior to his position at Mandarin Shipping, he held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited between 2008 and 2016. He has also held senior roles in Clarksons acting as Managing Director of Clarkson Asia Limited from 1996 to 2006 and prior to that spending fourteen years as a Sale and Purchase shipbroker in London and Hong Kong. Today Mr Huxley is an Independent Non-Executive Director in CBC Holdings, a private dry bulk ship owning company. He is also a Director at the United Kingdom Defence Association, a P&I Club. He also holds directorships at the LIM Advisors Special Situations Fund, The Shipowners Mutual Strike Insurance Association Europe, Fanstar Shipping Limited and the One Sky Foundation in Hong Kong . Mr Huxley holds a BA-Arts from the University of Edinburgh.

Angus Paul

Independent Director

Angus Paul is an Independent Director for GoodBulk since 15 February 2017. Angus Paul worked for Glencore International AG from 1994 to 2016 and managed the global coal dry bulk chartering and freight trading business. Prior to joining Glencore, Mr. Paul worked at SS&Y Shipbrokers London & Johannesburg and at Lambert Brothers Shipbroking (Hill Samuel). Mr Paul graduated from Bristol Business School UWE.

Carlos Pena

Director

Carlos Pena serves as Director of GoodBulk Ltd since March 2020 and was appointed by founding company Brentwood Shipping and Trading. Carlos Pena has over 16 years’ experience in shipping across various areas and since 2019 he is the Chief Commercial Officer of GoodBulk’s manager C Transport Maritime (CTM). Carlos has been with CTM since 2004 and before that was employed at Chile’s Compania Sudamericana di Vapores (CSAV). Carlos holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valpariso, Chile.
